A friend of Beef Jerky who apparently is also a criminal (referring to the Minisode "Goodbye") from his statement, "I'm going to Jail", followed up by a scene where Chicken Nugget arrested him.
Through the short clip, Apple and Onion felt sorry cause they didn't had the chance to know him better, but also offered him some good thoughts about prison and how to cheat your way out through a secret toilet passage (from Pilot episode).
